Course Description
You already have Copilot at your fingertips, but are you using it right? Many organizations invest in AI tools but fail to realize their potential because they lack a systematic approach to using them. This full-day training changes that. You’ll learn practical AI skills that immediately boost your productivity and the quality of your daily work.

The course is designed to: 

  • Build from the ground up: Learn how AI works—its history, classical vs. generative AI, and how neural AI models function—without needing to be a developer or technical expert.
  • Give you a framework and methodology to systematically craft prompts that consistently deliver quality results.
  • Address Copilot Chat limitations: Many people are frustrated that Copilot Chat isn’t integrated into Microsoft applications. You’ll learn the master document technique—an elegant solution that’s actually better than integration for many use cases.
  • Automate your work: Apply these methods to your real tasks, including document summaries, test reports, trend analysis, scenario planning, process optimization, and more.
  • Maximize Copilot Chat’s value with best practices, tips, and solutions for common challenges.
  • Understand ethics and security: Know when AI usage is appropriate and when to say no. Learn how to handle sensitive data properly and avoid common pitfalls.

Prerequisites

No prior AI knowledge required. You only need basic computer experience and access to Copilot Chat and or Copilot Enterprise.

Times: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (please arrive at least 15 minutes early; the course starts at 9:00 AM)

Breaks: Two coffee breaks (10:15–10:30 AM, 2:30–2:45 PM)

Lunch: 12:00–1:00 PM
