Project workflow
The project workflow shows an overview of the project process from concept to utilization
We illustrate the project workflow with a range of phases and decision points, called gates. The phases contain several work steps to be done, and the gates are future-oriented decision points where the business potential/benefit of the project is tested.
Dividing up the process this way gives the project a clear, logical structure and ensures greater quality in the work, since it focuses on the most important activities. As the figure shows, the following phase often starts before the previous one is completely finished.
